Unacceptable Bathroom Re-Fit

I understand that at times work is not completed correctly & how you deal with it can turn a negative experience around, however the director has had a dismissive attitude to issues of the substandard of work with a refusal to correct.
It is apparent that once you have paid in full for work completed Plumbcraft are no longer interested.
I had to go to the Bank to assist with the issue as Plumbcraft ignored the requests to resolve the situation & following an investigation they provided a solution.
I am now aware of other customers who have had/still have issues one taking legal action due to inferior work.
Do not be contingent on the 5* Google views.
On a daily basis with every job report you are asked to leave a 5* review (with an inducement).
