Initial contact good. Some damage to property caused by scaffolding, but roofers were timely, polite + tidy.
Heavy rain after completion showed leak was not fixed. Roofwise returned to review + make good.
However, the leak remains. Roofwise state that it is baffling, and (despite not having identified the leak's cause, + having no idea for possible investigation) they recommend complete re-roof of the property (which is 18 years old + in good repair apart from the gable end leak).
An independent professional assessment identified that Roofwise's work was of poor quality, with gaps already apparent in mortar after only a few weeks. Sealant was smeared messily over poor mortar-work + elsewhere, obstructing the drip-grooves in the gable-end coping stones - adding work for the roofer I will have to employ to rectify Roofwise's failed repair.
I paid almost £2000 for a repair that Roofwise incorrectly specified / carried out, then abandoned.
I would NOT recommend Roofwise (UK) Limited.
