Roofing Superstore

If I could have put 0 I would have as this company do not even deserve a 1. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered through them. I ordered some corrugated sheets to be delivered on the 10th of this month. To date I have paid for items I do not have that have been delivered who knows where. They say they have been delivered but they haven't been delivered to me and they won't give me a refund or new items. I have had to call them 4 times and I am getting nowhere. Avoid this company at all costs.

I never post reviews however I ordered a box of onduline fittings got an email saying that the supplier couldn’t deliver to me as I live on island and would have to arrange to get it to mainland and then over on the ferry the ferry hasn’t run for over 20 years we are classed as mainland Uk as we have a toll free bridge bearing in mind this could be delivered via Royal Mail and is less than half the size of a shoebox emails were standard automated ones poor communication with them have ordered previously with them and got charged twice for delivery, went to Amazon ordered the same product got it within 2 days and cheaper with free delivery

I ordered hundreds of pounds worth of coping stones which turned up the wrong colour. I refused the delivery. Roofingsuperstore then strung out giving me a refund for as long as possible, blaming me for their mistake, repeatedly asking if I had accepted the delivery. After a few weeks of being fobbed off I raised a dispute with PayPal which roofingsuperstore didn't even bother responding to (says it all really), needless to say PayPal issued a full refund.

Seems they are very helpful until they have your money then become very unhelpful. Beware!!

Very poor delayed my project with their ridiculous delivery time I will not use this company again they have no care at all. Fake customer service also still don’t have my product it’s over the 15 days also don’t have my product. Shocking
