I had a 52 foot garden wall that needed re rendering and after a few no-shows by other companies I phoned John at Roofing & Property Maintenence and he came that afternoon to look at the wall. A very reasonable price was agreed and they arrived within a few days to start the job and 2 days later I had a newly rendered wall. The job was excellent and John his team were very efficient and friendly. I will now call John and his team for any repairs that I need in the future as their attitude and pricing were excellent. 5 stars.

Exterior maintenance and repairs

Received good and honest advice, with no sales pressure. Team willing to sort immediate problems and return to complete less pressing issues. Very speedy once on the job and tidy in completion.
Quality of work seems excellent, from slating and guttering to pointing and painting.
John good at keeping in touch and very reasonable in pricing.
Would recommend.

Easily recommended for roofing and other work...

John and his team have done work on mine and my daughter’s roof (gutters, slates, painting and beading work)
I found them to be up-front, friendly and efficient with very good communication (face to face as well as email, phone and text). Also punctual and competitively priced.
Will certainly use them again if needed (although hopefully not!)

Got these guys out to replace a flat roof. Reasonable quote and they started straight away.
Fast workers and did a great job.
Also very tidy.
