Started positive then dreadful service
1We then got an office roof replaced which we discovered was leaking after completion. Owen turned up with just a sealant and then said it may not work … this did not work and we needed him to return again to fix it.
We chased and chased with no reply. Eventually we did hear and heard there had been a death in the family. We naturally allowed time for this then requested a return after over a month. We were then promised a new date to which we had a no show! We continued to contact Owen with no success. We requested a partial refund and have heard nothing. We are now left with a leaking roof and will have to pay again to get this fixed. Really sad and disappointed indeed.
