Romino's Pizzas

Charged £1 extra because i asked to not have the jalapeno peppers on my Peperoni pizza !!!! Plastic cheese and oily . Will never set foot in this place again. Shocking

Ordered pizza tonight and it arrived burnt to a crisp and not edible. Threw it in the bin, 11 quid wasted!! won't be ordering again.

As bad as pizza gets. Save your money!

My parents ordered from here all of the time, never had a bad experience until tonight. The pizza seems under cooked and did not taste the same at all. The cheese seemed different and so did the sauce. It was not right and not to its normal standard. To top it off they didn't get the order right. My mom phoned to complain and they said they couldn't do anything about it. No customer service what so ever. Shame that they had to loose a customer just because they didn't offer to put things right or apologies. We ordered from them too and now will not.

My family have been loyal customers for many years, i am totally appalled of the service we got when we complained, firstly they got some of our order wrong I was willing to let that go until my daughter found a big black hair in her pizza which made her physically sick, phoned rominos and told them and was disgusted of the attitude basically they didn't want to know, we will never eat from that hole again they need to step up on there hygiene and mostly customer service.
