Will never use them again. Have been a customer over many years and have put up with the moody attitude of the owner because the actual mechanics are good at their job but my last visit was both upsetting and frightening. Car was having an mot had to pop down because there was a problem with the key took the spare one straight away to be greeted with anger and hostility simply because I asked for the key that wasn't working no explanation just aggregation was then told by the son I wasn't running the garage all this for a simple request was very upset by all this will never go hear again should not be allowed to be in business

be aware.

I Called in the owner assaulted me. and I have had to report him to the Police Section 47 actual bodily harm. he accused me swearing at his Dad ? while waiting to drive into the yard. but wouldn't listed to the on board cctv in my vehicle, all evidence now submitted to the police.
