I first came across Romiley joinery when they delivered the windows to a job I was working on. I duly fitted the windows and was so impressed with the materials, workmanship and finish I have used them many times since. I have no qualms in recommending them to clients looking at replacing existing doors/windows and use them for all new build work I do. John and the lads do a great job, sometimes things take a little longer than expected but the end result is always worth waiting for. These are not cheap items but over the last 8 years I’ve not had to go back to any I’ve installed. So impressed I’ve fitted them in my own home.

Made an appointment for a faulty window repair Never turned up! Reappointed for repair - turned up and did not repair fault - not heard a thing since - asked them to quote for a new window - no response - rang to complain - workshop put the phone down on me cause they did not like the tone of my complaint - poor service throughout- will never use again
