COLLECTION AND DELIVERY SERVICE

We offer a collection and delivery service which is FREE of charge. All you have to do is:

Call or book a service online on a date which is convenient to you.

Arrange a time with us between 8am and 10am either to pick your vehicle up at 8am to 10am.

We service your vehicle using the latest equipment and highly trained mechanics.

We will then let you know when the car service is completed. From here you can pay over the phone with your debit or credit card.

Your car will be returned to your home or work between 4pm-6pm (FREE delivery) or a time convenient to you.

After they failed my car’s MOT they said they could get all necessary parts in the next day and finish the work, to which I agreed. The next day I was told at midday that the parts were late coming in and wouldn’t arrive until 3 so the job would be done by 5. When I arrived at 5pm the people working didn’t even know the car was here, they hadn’t done any work on it and the MOT guy had gone home. The parts were just sitting in the office (if they were actually the parts). The owner was completely un phased so I presume it is a regular occurrence. He refused to give me his name after I expressed concern and stated that I wanted to know who I’d spoken to. He then just handed me my key and said ‘get it done elsewhere I don’t want to do your work’. So they have had my car for 2 days and done nothing but abandon me with a failed MOT. I cannot be certain but it is possible they used the car whilst I was not there.

I took my car in for an MOT, service and my engine light was on. They did the service and MOT which failed because the engine light was on. If they knew it would fail on that, why didn't the sort that first. Anyway, they told me I needed some sensor thing which would cost me £179 to fit. I agreed and they did it. They then called me to say that hadn't worked and it needed another sensor at even more money. They did that and surprise, that didn't fix it either. At this point I think they were just guessing. I spoke with the owner who was very rude and disrespectful. He told me that I could either pay for it to be fixed like I asked or f@#k off to another garage. The poor lady on reception was mortified, she couldn't apologise enough. If I were that lady, I would have quit that job by now. Anyway, took my car home and called a mobile mechanic who fix it in minutes. He said I had a plug disconnected on the engine. I would never go to Romans again.
