Bidding War on Letting properties -Romans Estate Agent Aldershot
1We recently went to a viewing, liked the house and put in the offer at FULL ASKING PRICE. We were told we were the first to view the property and we qualified. Throughout the day they had viewings and we were called today to be told that the owner had accepted another offer?
How can another offer be accepted if we offered full price first? Doesn't this sound illegal? First experience we have had like this and Romans Estate Agent Aldershot are the ones to give it to us.
This is really sad as we have been waiting for this to come on the market for over a month and when we saw it and put the asking price offer in, we thought it was a done deal and we just had to go through the formalities. I guess this is how the renting crowd get treated in the UK… Or maybe just with Romans Estate Agent Aldershot!!!!
Be careful when you view a property with them as it seems it’s a bidding process on letting with them.
