My electric roller door is 20+ years old and hasn't worked properly for a while now. I called Rollertec and they came out within a very short time and readjusted the door. It is now working perfectly and didn't cost the earth. Was very pleased and would recommend this company.

I must say that i have been super impressed with the best example of customer service i have had for many years. Having made an enquiry at 9.45 on a Friday night and receive a helpful response in 10 minutes is beyond all expectations. My problem was solved with ease and within one week i saved over £1k. A local contractor advised i needed a new system not a simple reset. I recommend this company without hesitation.

I have used Roller Tec twice now, one for a roller electric door for my house and recently we ordered another one for my mother's house. I went with Roller Tec because it was clear from moment one that they knew their industry and how the competition manage to look to be offering the same product but when you peek below the surface you see where the money is being saved, they are not the cheapest because they use high quality components which means your electric roller door has a high chance of still working in a years time. I have no qualms at all in recommending them, Phil knows his stuff, by all means look into the headline price of the competition (which will be cheaper) but there is a reason for this.......... remember that when the price is forgotten, the quality remains.
