The next step is to offer a free no obligation quote by our fitters. This introduces the customers to the Design and Installation team in their own environment. Once the quote measurements have been taken the customer comes back instore to choose the products where the fitting quote will be available. The customer then receives a full products and service quote with the added incentive of a discount offered, this quote is valid for 14 days, which gives the you the customer peace of mind.
