Disappointed

Employed this contractor to paint our stairs and landing. The result was disgusting. We kept a good distance owing to the current situation. We paid him on completion but on checking we were not happy with the results.
After contacting him he just said it was difficult to cover dark with white. He made no offer to rectify the work. We eventually redid the work,
