Efficient communication and courteous service when they arrived. Waited just over the anticipated ETA but was kept up to date all the while by text and phone. I did not get the name of the man who arrived to help me otherwise I would be highlighting him too. He was polite and whilst he didn't have the battery needed he got the car started with minimal fuss and good humour. Highly recommended

Excellent customer service provided. The ETA was better than what was agreed over the phone. Mechanic was chatty and friendly and to the point
The job wasn't overpriced. very happy with the company will highly recommend to anyone.

Some years ago i was involved in a nasty accident that closed the A449 just outside Kidderminster
Rogers Rescue came to the scene and demanded £200 to clear the debris or they would walk away
fortunately my dazed driver remembered he was a member of the RAC .After that they could not have been more helpful. The charge for storing the 2 destroyed cars was excessive so we removed the vehicles with help from the RAC Organisation quickly.

1st Class Rescue Service

What a Fantastic Service, just before Christmas in Hagley. I called Rogers Rescue via my motor insurance, late afternoon. There was a Recovery vehicle with me within 30 minutes, he jacked my car up to try and fix my car, unfortunately it could not be fixed as it was Drive shaft, so it had to be recorded to home. I was told the recovery truck would be here within 45 minutes. I was amazed as the truck arrived in 15 minutes and got me loaded and on way home. This was Fantastic.
Well done to Rogers Rescue and the great team that work there.
