Established in 1983 we are small family business based in Bulkington.

We believe in using local labour. We employ our staff directly so you can be assured of our loyal fitting teams to give a superb installation.

We provide a FREE quotation from only Rogers sons: Craig or Marcus, NOT by a high pressure salesman. During our quotation we explain what should be involved when replacing roofing/ roofline etc using no unnecessary technical jargon. Our quotes only take a short time to carry out and are sent to you in writing with no obligation, meaning it really is up to you. There are no pressure follow up calls. We give a firm quotation and do not start at an inflated price so there is no need to barter.

We recently had a complete re-roof including fascias, soffits, and 2 flat roofs on the bays and are very happy with the work carried out. The quoting process was easy and the price was competitive. The team were friendly and very punctual each day and thanks to good weather managed to finish the job ahead of schedule. They even corrected an issue with a previous roof job (by a different company). The site was always left tidy and the work looks very neat. Very happy to recommend Roger Smith!

Brilliant workmanship, great customer service - highly recommend

Absolutely brilliant! Worked with this company twice now, first to get a new garage roof put on, secondto fix our old flat roof, both times they have been responsive in communication, great quality workmanship, left no mess, lovely lads who came round. We have a small issue in teh first works which they came and resolved straight away and had no issues since. Slightly more expensive but worth the money for the quality and customer service. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

Needed help with very poor quality work resulting from being tricked into unnecessary so-called repairs to my roof and chimney. (The contractor was listed on Checkatrade - so beware!)
Contacted RSI who quickly and efficiently came to my assistance. Everything was explained in clear detail, the quotes supplied the next day and the work carried out in a most professional manner. The roofers were pleasant and courteous and treated our property with great respect leaving everywhere clean and tidy.
I have no hesitation in recommending Roger Smith Installations to anyone needing attention to their roof. My only regret is that I did not contact them first when the problem arose.

I have used RSI twice now. Once to replace all guttering/faschia, the second time to investigate a leak which is hopefully repaired!

What I recommend is the clarity of communication from all the fitters/office staff, explanation in detail of what the are going to do and why/how the issues arose.

Their quotations are clearly explained, with no variance to the agreed cost.

All rubbish is cleared on completion and all staff that have visited my property are very polite and friendly.

Top marks to RSI from start to finish, quote received very quickly and competitive.
Installation date given on accepting quote. Day of installation arrived on time and completed the job a day earlier than expected with a efficient professional manner. Job completed to a very high standard and site left clear and tidy even allowing me to inspect completion.
