Had all our windows and doors replaced. Very good workmanship with attention to detail on the finishing inside and outside. Extremely tidy and careful when working inside the house. Finished on time and they look superb.

third time i've used these guys, and they never disappoint. this time for new bifolds to go out to the garden, and they make it a lot easier to get out there now.

I do not recommend this company.

I’m writing this review in the hope that other people won’t have to go through the process we have been through. Do not choose this company unless you want to wait over double the time stated by the salesman, receive next to no customer service from Rhoda and Hocking and or Britannia Windows and then after multiple issues receive correspondence from their litigation team.

Check the small print on Peace of Mind - insurance backed guarantees.

The '10 year peace of mind guarantee' on a composite front door bought from this company (trading as Rodda and Hocking Ltd of Camborne Cornwall) in 2016 (at a cost of £1700) proved to be worthless when the door finally warped and couldn't be used at all during the last years (2022) hot summer. I had reported failings with this door (including poor fitting and blown glazing panes) ) on five occasions up to and including last year. This firms initial workmanship was shoddy. They lacked appropriate customer care. They were tardy in the extreme and only communicated when chased and /or threatened with legal proceedings. Finally got fed up with waiting for them to actually replace the door ( a composite door should last 30 years by all accounts on the internet - R and H 's didn't last 6 years) Took the firm to Truro County Court and was awarded damages and costs against the company.

Double glazing fit

Men arrived on time smartly drested.Mark and his colleague were very professional and plesant. Windows very well fitted and of good quality. All in all a very good fit. The office staff were very professional and polite. Will recommend and use again.
