Very Bad Sevice...

got 2 vouchers, from family, a joke impossible to read voucher code, look like a dyslexic child wrote them, site wont accept them, need a refund, AVOID THIS SITE... won't even pick up phone, seems they grow to much wead....

Love the idea, seasonal plugs and it being organically grown!

I have been buying from rocket gardens now for about 2-3 years now.
My favourite things about Rocket Gardens is that they sell organic plugs - so when i don't have time to sow my own seeds, I can purchase from them directly and I don't need to actually go anywhere.
I also love that they have seasonal patches, for example summer/spring/autumn/winter - i love the autumn & winter items because it proves you can still grow during these months!!
What I will say is double check what it says on the website. Depending on when or what you're ordering, it can take a while to get your veg but that's because they will send it out at optimum timing. Just read their delivery tab and it will tell you when they're planning on delivering the goods.
Have I had issues in the past? Yes, but I email them and they tend to rectify it as soon as they can. By replacing/refunding/cancelling. I worked in Cust Serv & Ops, I judge by how you handle the execution of a problem; they're about 4/5 for this.

Dont waste your time or money.

Absoulte waste of money and time. Ordered weeks ago to get an email saying they would take 3 weeks, instead of stating this on the website before you buy. Then only some of the order turns up and in a appalling state, both cucumber and spring onions look half dead.
Im all for supporting small businesses but these are just robbing people, they have had issues for months from what I can tell by reading the reviews and yet still accepting orders and taking peoples money.
I have emailed number of times over the past few weeks to get an automated response saying that it will take them 7 days to reply and still no answer 3 weeks later!
I want a refund for all the items missing and damaged in my order but have no way of getting intouch with them as there email address never gets answered and they have no phone number. Quick to take your money and then ignore you.
Looks like my veg patch will be producing half the amount it usually does this year due to this appalling service!
