I initially visited John as I’d always wanted to learn a Martial Art, and as well as being a Personal Trainer he is a Karate Black Belt. After a year I also started having PT sessions. Training with John is always fun and varied. I’m now in the best shape of my life at 49, have greater fitness and confidence and after 18 months of very enjoyable training I will shortly be taking my Karate Brown Belt grading. Thanks John!

John provides excellent individual personal training and nutrition advice. He inspires commitment due to his supportive approach and attention to detail. I have never been particularly sporty or into exercise and found John 18 months ago when I was 42 and full of aches and pains.
