An absolute 'five star' ++++++++ service

Despite Mark's burgeoning workload, he went out of his way to provide much needed advice and support while I was required to be relocated in Wales to support a family member.
He was clear, concise and extremely honest with everything he communicated to me. In addition to the recommendations he provided to carry out remedial works/making good, he also provided me with a first class gas engineer to service my the new boiler and carry out gas safety checks and issue a landlords gas safety certificate.
It was most refreshing to meet and deal with a true 'old school' professional, who puts the interests and needs of his clients at heart of everything he does.

Very very helpful.

Thankyou Mark,what a fantastic tradesman needed some plastering done and my usual plasterer although busy showed no interest. We contacted Mark and he managed to fit us in,very reasonable,great job done.We will use Mark again without question, steve and Margaret.
