5Their after service for me has been outstanding and any issues we had (wash basin finish had cracked slightly, were sorted in good time).

Do not use this company
1took 3 shower trays and 3 radiators as were either broken or not right one. Tiling not finished as wanted and couldn't amend as new tiler couldn't remove and re do as no idea of the damage this would cause
£7500 bathroom was meant to be a luxury but not finished to expected standard, poor company and parents just hate the bathroom because of the hassle caused, totally unprofessional. Do not recommend at all. offered £300 refund / reduction for hassle caused, that's a laugh i would have been embarrassed if my business to charge anything
