An absolute pleasure to be reminded what professional, courteous and excellent customer service feels like.
A couple of friends recommended Robert Tracy for a formal 3 piece suit needed at short notice.
Didn’t need measuring, Ian handed me a jacket, waistcoat and trousers all which fitted perfectly, and I can honestly say I’m no standard size.
The actual suit, based on the sample material, will be ready for a final fit in 3 working days, with trousers finished to desired length as I wore the wrong shoes.
Great service, excellent quality, and pricing to match any other local store for the suit wanted.

Took the wife with me who not only insisted on buying a new shirt but also treated me to a tweed jacket for casual wear.

If you ever need a new suit or jacket in Staines, or anywhere close, you should visit Robert Tracey before buying elsewhere.

Great experience overall. Staff went the extra mile to sort out my need for 4 hire suits at fairly short notice. Staff also technically skilled, as I had measurements coming in from all over and they were able to decipher them and provide great fitting suits to people they had not themselves measured.
