Robert Thorne and Sons LLP have over 130 years of experience in providing both Trade and Retail customers with sawn and round timber and fencing materials throughout Dorset and Hampshire. Our friendly staff have the ability to cater for all types of customer, whether you need one fence panel for the garden or thousands of stakes for fencing a farm. Amongst our domestic fencing range we stock feather edge fencing in a variety of sizes, closeboard fence panels are made in-house and post and rail fencing. Our Agricultural fencing range includes stakes, straining posts and half round rails.

We also make to order bespoke mobile cross country horse jumps. This service allows the rider to order jumps that are best suited to their needs and ability and we stock various sizes jump poles.

In addition to timber, we also supply Livestock equipment including field gates, cattle crushes and feeders from L M Bateman. Having our own mixed farm gives us a true prospective of what is required for livestock. Combined with the staff at Batemans, we can offer a design service to cater for your needs.
