5From the start I felt in the right hands. Robert and his family immediately understood the importance of the piano to us. They gave a lot of information and insight eg on the nature and characteristics of this piano vs a modern equivalent. They also gave many options for what work we could do.
I was struck by how much care and genuine affection we saw for the piano and the outcome reflected this. It looks amazing and sounds wonderful - tuned to concert pitch, the key action is awesome, the tone is warm and clear.
