A few years ago, I purchased a Links watch from Harrods. Unfortunately, I dropped it and smashed the square, convex face glass. I was told by a number of jewellers that the glass could not be replaced. This was upsetting, since I loved this watch and didn't fancy putting it to rest.

Then to my delight, I discovered that Robert Gatward Jewellers could get me a new glass cut. Hooray! One happy customer.
