Great and pleasant service. Went in for an engagement ring resize. It was at my own risk as there was diamonds on the shoulders. They did a fantastic job my fiancé is very happy lol. Amazing service for the price too.

Visited shop today to repair broken chain, gentleman could not have been more helpful, we already new chain was too fine, broken few times already. Pendant was altered to take slightly heavier chain at no charge and new chain was similar to price we had seen elsewhere, very pleased customer.

I think this business can be a bit hit and miss. I took some very expensive earrings in to be remodelled. When I went to collect them I could see that they weren’t hanging correctly and I got the impression the young guy running the shop agreed with me. However the working jeweller was really rude and straightaway said he wasn’t prepared to look at them for at least another month-too busy. I left them and got a call saying that the Boss’s wife was wearing them and they were hanging fine - it must be my ears. At that point I knew I wasn’t going to get anywhere and just agreed to pick them up. They originally cost me £2.5k and so I took them to another working jeweller who laughed at the “ must be your ears comment “ and charged me another couple of hundred quid to put them right.
