Robbies Driving School Ltd

Shadhidul was my sons driving instruction in Bradley Stoke area, We paid for 10 hours upfront, 1st 2 hour lesson instructor was late and not a whole 2 hour lesson, 4 more hours used for lessons then my son booked his test, chased for 2 months to book 2 hour lesson then last 2 hours use for test but no reply chased several times, Messaged Robbies main number who just advised Shadhidul would be intouch. We are now 13 days till my sons test and the instructor is offering a refund! Appalling I would advise not to use !!

As a driving instructor I witnessed totally unacceptable behaviour from the lady instructor from Robbies whilst at Gloucester test centre, call yourself a professional you should be ashamed, for reference date was 16/10/23

would not recommend this driving instructor he was stand off ish during my first phone call with him, all I was trying to do was arrange a surprise driving lesson for my nephews birthday, I found him impossible to get hold of, I sent 6 text messages with no response since my original request, it was only when I requested a refund that they responded. Then he had the audacity to say he was annoyed and disappointed because he took me on on good faith! I can't believe he was surprised I wanted a refund when he was impossible to get hold off. I'm very disappointed in this experience because I remember when I was learning my late instructor Bob who was the best from Robbie i had such a good experience, seems customer service has gone down hill since then. Not impressed

As I was riding down Hanham High Street a Robbie's Driving car passed me very closely. The instructor shouted out that I should get off the road. As the traffic was queueing a hundred yards ahead I easily caught up to the vehicle. The student looked very embarrassed. I asked the instructor how he could teach people to drive so dangerously and he told me I was taking up too much of the road.Avoid

I had a worst experiance with Robbies driving school Bristol. After my first driving class, My instructor Mr.Ed, said 10 classess is enough for you and i completed all lessons as per instructor. just 3 weeks before my test, instructor send a text message, i am going for my holidays on that week. call to Mr. Robbie (Owner of Robbies driving school) and arrange another driver. When i called Mr. Robbie, he did not responded. but later on he arranged another driver with conditions, i need to take lessons again with new drivering instructor.

i refused to Mr. Robbie and find another instructor from different driving school for my test.

This is a kind of loop. they just put in the loop and stealing our hardened money. I noticed, they are targeting ASAIN people and getting in the loop. Some of them are forced to pay, becasue if we fail to attend the test, we need to wait again for another test date.

MY HUMBLE REQUEST TO EVERYBODY IS FIND ANOTHER DRIVING INSTITUTES.
