Poor service. Driver didn’t know where he was going. Wouldn’t recommend.

No one wants to give me a refund it’s been over 13 days since I was left standing outside in the rain not even being called to be told I want getting picked up but they refuse to give me a refund even though I’ve got a picture of my online receipt. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!

Laughable. Inept. Appalling. Inadequate. Pathetic.
Sadly, due to a distinct lack of availability in the Haywards Heath area, I am routinely forced into using this distinctly tragic and appalling company. Anyone with an old Ford Sierra, reasonable navigation skills and a basic grasp of how to tell the time would make a financial killing over these oafs. Mobile booking system never books outbound journey but oddly takes your money quick enough. Timing suits the company, not the client. Varying levels of driver service. Communication from 'the office' is curt, rude and non informative. The management, despite direct contact, would never and have never deemed themselves worthy of a reply to a customer.
All in all, what a waste of time even writing this review as they'll do nothing over it, as their desire to upset as many customers as they can continues at pace!
Please, please, please try to avoid this shower of....

AWFUL. RUBBISH. I cannot put into words how shocking this company is. Over an hour late. Absolute jokers. Weather as an excuse apparently. Hahahhaha absolutely useless every single one of them

I booked Evo to pick me up today at 14.40 but because it was a busy time the app said the earliest they could make was 14.46 so I duly booked and paid online. At 3pm the office at Haywards Heath said that there was only one taxi operating locally and the others were doing the school run. At 3.10 I was told another few minutes and a taxi finally arrived at 15.20. I have emailed Evo to ask for a refund and they said that because I took the taxi they can't offer a refund. Because of the delay I was unable to take my son in to his school for the end of the day as we had arranged. I am LIVID.
