Went for a steering pump renewal, which I was told would take 3/4 hours, ended up taking a day and a half. I had to ring at 2pm to see what was going on as I’d had no contact from the garage to tell me the car would have to stay longer. When I finally got the car back, the steering was fine although I had an indicator that wasn’t working and my bumper only clipped in on one side. Poor workmanship.

We have used this garage twice now and have not had any problems. We were referred to them by the Volvo dealership at Waterhouse to fix a tyre issue. Great service, at short notice. We then used them to MOT and service our daughters car. They close at 5pm but were prepared to wait for her to get to them after her work, which also closed at 5pm. Again, very accommodating.

I cannot express how poor this garage is owned and run. Absolutely no communication from the “manager” (Jon) the actual mechanics that work here probably deserve a medal for putting up with poor management and having to deal with dissatisfied customers, I get the impression that I am not alone in my problems I won’t have been the first person to be messed about and I’m sure I won’t be the last. If you do have to use this garage I wish you the best of luck and hope you have a better experience

I have booked an appointment few weeks in advance for an MOT. When arrived on agreed time, the owner told me there was a mistake with his office and he can't do anything about it because he is fully booked. Did not seem to care about it at all. Did not even try to sort it out knowing that my MOT expires within next few days.
Really stressful experience..I am a teacher and booked it for my half term. And due to the short notice there we no spaces elsewhere...
Thankfully, KwikFit next door were willing to keep my car for the day and see if they get any cancellations to do it for me. And it got resolved eventually.

Completely unnecessary stress and hustle. Would never recommend this place to anyone.
