Road Sense Driver Training

Hello and Thank you for taking interest in my services.

My interest and passion is to teach people to drive safely on our roads. I am here to teach and coach you into a new skill for life. Driving a car in todays society can be a stressful factor, however learning to read and understand the road ahead is just as an important factor, as learning to control a vehicle.

Patience is one of my strong characteristics and keeping you calm will help your progress. I will work with you to develop your skills and your confidence and help you to become the safest driver you can possibly be by using coaching and question and answer techniques.

Adapting my teaching style to suit each individual is vital for learning progress, i use different methods to help with this progress, such as commentary driving, demonstration, diagrams, pictures, photographs, notes and different learning materials.

If you hold a full licence I can help you improve a specific aspect of your driving or help you build your confidence, sometimes you may need that extra reassurance for that confidence boost.

Being a fully qualified driving instructor is not the end of any driver training.

I myself undertake Continuous Professional Development to ensure i am up to date with driver training and knowledge to transfer this information to my students.

I hold a Fleet licence and a QCF level 3 in Assessing Vocational Achievement which are essential skills in teaching.

Closely followed by becoming an ADVANCED DRIVER by achieving a top Gold award in ROSPA (Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents) and receiving a top 1st in IAM (The Institute of Advanced Motorists).

I try my best to teach around my students schedules as i work 6 days from 9am-7pm.
