Gave them an emergency call for a tyre that lost pressure on my way to a site 60 miles from home, on a Sunday, but thought I knew what the fault might be (badly sealed valve stem). Very helpful on the phone, was fully up front about a possible poorly designed part of my car that might prevent a full fix at the roadside. But we discussed all the possible causes, all the solutions and some options to at least get me home if my car did have this particular part. For a Sunday, same day emergency the call-out fee was more than reasonable. Also impressively they actually listened to why I thought my problem was just my valve stem and didnt try to forcibly upsell me to both a valve stem and a new tyre (unlike another company last week who insisted a full wheel refurb was needed without actually looking at it). Came out at a mutually agreeable time around my workday and assessed my problem, agreed it was what I thought and again, didnt try to forcibly upsell anything. 10/10 would use again.

While waiting for RAC for 20 hours to come and help my flat tyre after hitting a pot home I found Road Runner on Yell, they came within 1.5 hours were very professional and saved a lady stuck for hours couldn’t recommend them more and very friendly Thank you so much
