From start to finish communication and workmanship was first class, we really couldn’t ask for any more! We are so pleased with what Andrew and Dexter did for us, you wouldn’t know they had been in the house when we came home at night because they cleared up after themselves so well, they covered carpets and were so considerate in that way. Donna was always on hand to answer any questions and was so helpful with helping choose things for the bathroom. I would hesitate in recommending these guys! Thank you so much!

Andrew completed a service on my boiler at a great price, all done professionally. He also took the time to answer all of my questions in technical detail and giving me complete confidence in his experience and knowledge. Really grateful to Andrew and RMS for arranging a couple of repairs at my mum’s house at short notice recently.Great to find a firm who returns your calls, are happy to provide a written estimate and arrive when they say they will, not to mention being able to do the work to a high standard. Happy to recommend.

I had a burst water main in my property - we had to replace the old mains pipe with a new one.

This involved removing numerous tiles from the kitchen/hallway floor, replacing internal pipework as well as digging up my driveway.

Andrew and Mark turned up on time, did the job required
Assisted in dealing with Scottish water regards the connection
Dealt with my very annoying neighbour in a polite and courteous manner!!!
left the area immaculate after they had finished, covering up the missing tiles and sweeping/cleaning up after them - ready for the tiler to arrive.

Most importantly, they fixed the leak, got my water connected the same day and the job was completed earlier than expected with minimal disruption.

Andrew also took time to show me how to operate a mini digger and I had loads of fun with that later on!!

No one wants workmen in their house, but was a pleasure having these 2. I'll be using them again if i have any plumbing needs.
