Avoid at all costs!!!

Writing on behalf of a friend who hired RMM to fit a shower. They took the shower unit off multiple times and then tried to blame my friend that the cracked shower pole fitting was due to someone "swinging on it" (It hadn't even been used yet). Agreed to come and repair then NEVER SHOWED UP and when my friend tried multiple times to contact them for repair and his invoice (which was his 10 year warranty) he was told not to contact them again.
They finally provided the invoice a month after the work after I contacted them the threat of trading standards and stated we didn't even want the repair anymore - however they had stated that this had previously been posted but I requested it emailed on 23/2/25. I was told again that it had been sent but when I finally received the invoice, the issue date on the was the day it was received 26/02/2025.
Wish we read reviews first but would NEVER hire again!!!

I wouldn't even rate them 1 star
I called this company regarding my electricity was keep tripping out, which I explained I thought it was the cooker. When they arrived they said it was a major fault and I needed a new electric box and a re-wire in my kitchen. They charged me 3490.00 and stood over me while the money was transferred. They replaced the electric box but did no re-wiring. When I plugged the cooker back in the electric went off again. He returned and told me not to plug the cooker back in?
No electric box was needed just a new cooker.
I have complained several times and I am still waiting for a response. AVOID THIS COMPANY

Extortionate prices

This company charged £870 to replace a shower like for like. The shower was £200 and they charged £185per hour they were in the property 50 minutes in total but charged me two hours. Total should be £570 but apparently by law they can add as much as they want on top of cost price for shower. They refuse to give me an invoice. Three men came which felt a bit intimidating please please do not use these as prices are a extortionate

Beware of this Trader

Terrible experience with this tradesman who is not a ‘live’ member of Napit as claimed. A fuse was tripping in my kitchen and got RMM to investigate. Owner turned up and I was pressurised to replace my CU and rewire the kitchen at a high price with half paid upfront and half on completion. Once I paid I was then advised that I need a full house re-wire. I refused and now have no live sockets in 5 rooms. Put in a cheap basic CU, left a mess with sockets hanging off walls and exposed wiring. I got no receipts, invoice, guarantee or installation certification, which they are legally obliged to provide. Independent surveyor sent by Checkatrade reported sub-standard work and I was awarded maximum compensation through their compensation scheme.
