Project involved the re-decoration and sundry repairs to the front elevation of a property on Hove seafront. Took approximately six weeks to complete. Client very happy with finished job, which was also under-budget.
Old kitchen was stripped out (back to bare walls), and complete re-fit undertaken. Work included fitting of new kitchen, tiling, decorating etc. Working closely with client to ensure that their vision of the finished kitchen was met.

Emergency work carried out to the fire escape of a listed building in Hove. Small sections of the platforms started to fall during very windy weather. Emergency scaffolding was erected to protect the basement property and also to enable access for repair work / drawings for new platforms.
Completed work on rear of a building in Hove. New fire escapes fitted and signed off by supervising surveyor. Picture also shows completed re-dec work and sundry external pipe work. While scaffold was up sundry repairs were also carried out to the Welsh slate roof.
As the title says, a complete master bedroom refurb. Bed etc removed, and getting ready for removal of cupboards, carpets etc., prior to the arrival of the electrician and plasterers etc.
Everything stripped out, and the plasterers are hard at work. Couple of days of drying time, and then on with the decorating, prior to the new floor going down.
Bathroom refurb. Here's how everything looked before we started stripping it out. The plan was to go back to the floors and walls and start from scratch with a completely new, fresh look.
Here's everything stripped out. A clean slate, so to speak, and ready for the carpenter and plumber to come in and get things underway.
Things starting to take shape. Carcassing done and plumbing (including fitting of the bath) pretty much there. New lighting (just out of the picture) all finished. Pretty much ready for the decorating and the tiler.
Job finished. All the tiling done and sanitary ware fitted. Final last-minute bits done. Customer very happy. Property now on the market. Estate agent has commented that this bathroom and the two guest bathrooms have added dramatically to the value of the property.
Scaffold up and work has commenced on this one. Nothing had been done to this building for a number of years, so plenty of preparatory work needed. Work not just re-dec but also repairs to the windows, rendering and pipework
Chimney stacks on a building in Hove. Nothing done to them for 16 years, so plenty of work to do.
Chimney stacks all finished. Small cracks filled, larger cracks cut out, stitched and re-rendered. Mouldings on the stack in the rear of the picture were beyond repair and were hacked off and re-built. Then three coats of masonry gloss to finish.

Photo of a luxury flat we did at the end of last year. Was being done between tenants, so deadlines were pretty tight. Client was very impressed with the final result.
