Contacted on Monday to arrange an appointment on Wednesday between 9am & 9.30am. No show, no phone call to explain why and never returned any of my phone calls to try to re-arrange another appointment. Completely let down as I now have a room in my house with no flooring - with 2 young kids running aroung.
