As a specialist, I use genuine Toyota and Lexus parts by default. If you would prefer pattern parts for a Toyota or Lexus, please let me know.

For other makes and models (by default) I use high quality after market products, however if you would prefer genuine parts, please specify.

I pay for access to the Toyota and Lexus online systems [used by the main dealers] which contain all the up to date repair manuals, technical service bulletins, on-board computer software; and I use the same diagnostic software [with the same functionality] used within the Toyota and Lexus network.

This -- combined with my 11 years experience with the brand -- six of which I spent as a Master Diagnosis Technician -- achieves the best results at less than half the cost of a main dealer.

On top of this, all work is carried out with minimal disruption to you; I can work [in almost all cases] wherever the car may be; be it at your home address, at your place of work; or -- anywhere else.

For other vehicle brands, I have high

-end diagnostic equipment which is also capable of carrying out many special functions such as on-board electronic control module and component programming; and active testing of components.

I also ensure that this is kept up to date as this allows me access to a vast database of vehicle [and fault] specific diagnosis and repair data.

I am also able to replace and recondition engines and gearboxes.
