DO NOT USE !!!!!!!!!!!! Had him round to fit 13 doors . Paid him the money , then we were experiencing some issues. Screws/parts missing , panels not fitted properly and the bathroom door failing to the extent of trapping my son in there for 2 hours until we could get someone out to sort. Tried making contact to sort these quite small things out but has failed to return and now will not take our calls. And people say that Covid has been bad for business, obviously not !!!!!!!!! Why people have to be like this i will never know !!! DO NOT USE , DO NOT USE, DO NOT USE

Rob came to give a quote and before this we made him aware we had dogs, which were kept out of his way. Quote received and accepted and he came to start work on Wednesday (said he would arrive at 9:30 but didn’t arrive until 11) replacing doors and frames. Doors were removed and new lining installed. At the end of Wednesday Rob asked for half the money so he could purchase the doors and frames and return the next day to fit. We paid him £300. Thursday came and messaged to say he was struggling to get the doors and would update me.
Friday morning came and no update, numerous messages and calls to no avail. Then we get a text message to say he wouldn’t be returning due to allergies. He was made fully aware of the dogs from the initial contact and said no issue and the dogs were kept away from him all the time he was here.
We asked for refund as he hadn’t supplied the doors which he asked for the money for. He initially refused this and then sent £50 back.

Would definitely recommend to anyone! Top quality work and materials by a true perfectionist, goes above and beyond to do a perfect job. Really nice man too, super friendly and helpful. We're thrilled with the work that's been done for us, and have more arranged.
