I contacted Russ at RJC Plumbing & Heating to give me a quote for the installation of a new boiler in a different part of the property from where the existing one had been situated. He came along promptly, gave me a quote along with advice regarding how the work would be completed and confidently answered all of my queries. Russ came to do the job on time and completed it to a very high standard, leaving everywhere clean, neat and tidy. He planned the work so that disruption was kept to an absolute minimum and although it was a two day job, we were not without heat and hot water overnight. He thoroughly explained how the new boiler worked and generally acted in a professional, considerate and polite manner whilst doing the job. Finally the invoice cost was exactly as detailed on the quote. Hence I would have no hesitation in recommending RJC Plumbing & Heating.
