Don't buy a bed from riverwood
1iv got a problem with the mattress, i contacted riverwood 4 months ago and still nothing, iv had to keep calling them over and over only to be brushed aside every-time with the (Im not in the office, i don't have my laptop with me, im waiting for a email from the mattress supplier) I don't see why i should have to keep chasing jim/riverwood to sort this problem out. Im now at the point where ill be opening a small claims court case against riverwood to get this issue sorted. I don't want a replacement mattress now as if i get another issue with it ill have to go through all this messing around again. If i had known id be messed around like this i would have never ordered the bed and mattress.
Take note anyone who is thinking of ordering a bed from riverwood, if you have any issues with your order you will be on your own as jim/riverwood beds won't lift a finger to help you out.
