Super company to deal with. Extremely helpful staff and very competitive rental prices at Rivercroft, who arranged a profiling bed for my mother to recuperate after hip surgery. Would thoroughly recommend them.

Jeff is an absolute godsend! He is fast, reliable, affordable and considerate. He is second to none!!! I wouldn’t trust my grandmothers safety with any other engineer. Incredible gentleman, 500 stars ⭐️

GRADE A++ My mother always had trouble with her stairlift for years, sometimes it would run slow and other times just do random things or worse not work at all, even the manufacturer guy would say its ok and bang! back to square one, I called rivercroft and they were here same day :D, the engineer spent about an hour with it and has been perfect since :D and the bonus was the price!! Never again with handicare, their service was really poor and uncaring, Rivercroft are really nice people and would definitely recommend to anyone :D GRADE A++

Excellent friendly service!

My Mother had a faulty stairlift, and we connected this company.

The service was superb, Geoff was honest and upfront with costs, and then repaired the lift.

When we had a fault 5 months later, Geoff was called straight away with no hesitation. As a busy business owner I needed someone I could trust. Geoff went straight over and sorted the problem - Mum's dog had dropped a toy on the stairs jamming the lift!
