This place is just gorgeous! I felt so relaxed as soon as I walked in the door. Profession staff & an amazing massage! Thankyou for a lovely treat

I don't normally write reviews but my experience this morning I felt was awful. I arrived at 9.50am for a 10am appointment which was a birthday present...only for the place to be closed. I waited until 10am and it was finally open, I wondered upstairs and no one was there to meet me, I waited and waited....eventually a therapist arrived and asked what I was there for, she didn't have a clue! She then told me to fill out a form...didn't find one...told me to take a seat and wait...I waited, she then told me that she tried to cancel the appointment as she felt full of cold and shivery...I said that it was a present for my birthday booked by my husband and he hadn't received a message to cancel...she carried on talking about her illness and I thought after 10 minutes that I really didn't want to continue any treatment considering her sickness....so I asked for a refund and walked out. Really unprofessional and no customer service....have not been before and would not go again...AVOID!

donna gave ma a hot stone massage as a prsent for my birthday, i have to say it was the most amaing experience. she provided everything needed to completely send me away to dream land, relaxing music, candle, gorgeous smelling oils, blankets to keep me warm and a fantastic touch wich really helped with my tight sore shoulders. i have booked again for a deep tissue because she is fantastic at getting rid of those tight areas.
