BE VERY CAREFUL TRUSTING THESE !!!
I won't ever be going here again.

I had most the running gear including the track rod ends replaced in January and went here for tracking allignment once completed. Less than 6 months later and luckily noticed on full lock the amount of inside wear.

Both front tyres are down to cords on inside edge. I'd be very surprised if they even did the tracking. No doubt they would come up with every excuse possible like pot holes...but no chance !!! Not this much wear in less than 6 months !!! The car has only done about 3k in this time.

STAY AWAY !!

We booked a car to take us to a wedding on 23 March 2013; we were impressed that Steve phoned us up to forewarn us about the snow and arranged for an early delivery of the car. Service throughout with the booking was friendly professional and the car deliverers were the same.

Full marks for the early delivery and customer service. We would use this firm again and have recommended it to our friends.

I have recently hired a Luton Van with a tail lift from this company to move house. I have to say that from the first email (they responded, out of hours within 5 minutes) right through to the pick up and return- the service was completely faultless. They gave brilliant advice on what sort of van would be best for what we needed (we have never hired a van before) and seemed to be most concerned with getting us the cheapest possible option, whilst making sure it would do the job for us. They seemed genuinely interested in in our situation and really went to great length to help. They offered flexible timings on the hire (a lot of companies that we spoke to had set pick up and return times) and they were cheaper that every other hire company we spoke to-and we rang lots of them ! The van itself was ideal for our needs, pretty new and really clean too. I just cannot speak highly enough of all of the staff at Rising Brook, particularlty Steve and Sharon-they were all just so freindly and helpfull all the way through-they even offered to deliver the van to us at our old house in Brownhills and collect it again from our new place in Stafford. Just fantastic-if you need to hire a van, save yourself some time, hassle and money and speak to Rising Brook !
