Ringstones Boarding Kennel

We boarded our german shepherd for a week. It was her first time away from us and we were very nervous about entrusting her in the care of another. We asked around online and off for a reliable and quality kennel who knew the breed well. Ringstone came highly recommended. From the first point of contact to collection we were put at ease and comfortable with Sharon and the facilities. Our girl was in perfect condition upon collection and in good spirits.On site there is also a well stocked shop which was had all our pups favourite food & treats. When asked we received video updates and it was clear she was not only enjoying her stay but getting on well with some of the dogs of similar age & temperment. It gives us peace of mind that when needed there is somewhere safe, caring and with quality facilities for our girl to board again. Excellent service.

Was always happy with ringstone kennels until the last two occasions as noticed when collecting my dog no water was left out for her. Noticed it last time I picked dog up and gave benefit of the doubt but collected her today and no water bowl in with her again and had asked when dropped her in for extra water to be left with her as she had injection at vets on Thursday and vet said she would be thirsty with it and need extra water. would always have praised them but will be looking elsewhere as water is important.

We have just returned from Thailand and left our 2 dogs with ringtones. We were anxious as we had never left them before with anyone let alone kennels. We needn't have worried. They were well looked after so much so that it looked like lomond didn't really want to come home. Would not hesitate to recommend or use again. Thank you so much for care given to our babies .

I have been using Ringstones for a few years now for my border collie and sing their praises very highly. After using different boarding kennels in the past where my dog came back looking very unhappy and a bit out-of-sorts, I came across Ringstones and neither myself nor Penny could be happier. They offer a fantastic pick-up and drop-off service if you can't make it over to their place, separate heated sleeping accommodation and they DO walk the dogs in their care. The staff are very friendly, have a genuine affection to the dogs they are looking after and have a hands-on approach. Penny comes back to me very happy, lively and without having lost weight and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Ringstones to anyone looking for boarding kennels for their dog.
