Had an appointment at 2pm. I then get called back considerably later and told if I can come in at 3pm, not the best but still, I’m happy to do that. I arrive for my appointment and saw a confused looking woman greet me from over the salon as I came in the door, she asked me when I was booked in for, if I knew who it was with, and it was obvious a mistake had been made. She then proceeded to even ask her current client who they booked with etc and then put tons of product on her clients hair, walked off and left it on her hair as she comes up to me and tells me there’s been a mistake and that a staff member has gone home sick and so I can’t be seen today, I wasn’t sure if this was true really as this is exactly what another person said in the reviews and seems like a consistent problem for them. She then offers me a discounted cut next week in which I won’t be available and it’ll be too late. Not the best experience of my first hair salon in Bedford and glad I didn’t part with my money!

Been going for years & wouldn't go anywhere else
