RIMU Music Day Nursery opened in 2012 at Sunfields Methodist Church. It has been rated Outstanding by Ofsted in June 2017.

It is for children aged 6 months to 5 years. The nursery has an emphasis on Performing Arts with all children participating in Drama, Ballet, Singing, Street Dance and Gymnastic classes which take place every week. These are included in the fees. RIMU also offers French lessons. The nursery operates 51 weeks of the year except for bank holidays and a week at Christmas.

The nursery has an onsite chef who prepares fresh meals for the children. They are provided with breakfast, lunch, snacks and tea.

The nursery has 4 rooms: Baby Bach for 3 months up to 12 months, Petit Puccini for 12-24 months, Mini Mozarts for 24 up to 40 months and Bouncing Beethoven's from 36 months. When they leave the Beethoven Room, there is a graduation ceremony.

At Christmas the children do a play involving all the children (including the babies) and the Bouncing Beethoven visit Greenwich Theatre to see the Pantomime. Other events include visits from Zoolab, Bounce and Fun, music workshops and theatre trips.

RIMU uses Family giving parents direct information about their children. There are 2 parent evenings a year with regular reports and updates regarding your child's progress
