We have a huge store spread over two floors here at Rimmers Music Bolton, featuring a huge range of musical instruments. Our first floor features a fantastic selection instruments from the biggest names in the business, such as Fender guitars, Mapex drums, Casio digital pianos and keyboards and synths from Roland and Korg. What we are best known for however is our huge ground floor showroom hosting both the largest UK selection of Yamaha acoustic pianos outside of London and the most extensive collection of Steinway & Sons pianos in the north of England. This means that our range of acoustic pianos is completely unrivalled, with everything from affordable second hand upright pianos to premium full sized concert grands such as the Yamaha CFX or Steinway & Sons Model D.

Our Bolton store also has purpose built studios for tuition in our Bolton Rimmers Music School. Here we can teach you how to play a range of instruments, including both acoustic and electric guitar lessons, keyboard lessons, piano lessons, drum lessons for acoustic and digital drum kits, singing lessons for both classical and modern styles and both flute and violin lessons! All of our teachers are fully qualified to teach a range of musical styles and ability levels, with our student ages ranging from young children learning an instrument for the first time to pensioners picking up where they’ve previously left off.
