I ordered a Series 3 Land Rover fuel pump repair kit and eight days later it hadn't arrived so I contacted customer services who kindly invited me to wait another week so that they "can look to raise a claim with Royal Mail".
You see, I am not interested in Rimmer's claim with Royal Mail, I just want my fuel pump fixed as Land Rovers need a fuel pump to make them go! Customer service? More like customer, serve us! A proper company would reply, "sorry you haven't received your part, we'll get another out to you straight away, if the first one arrives please return it". They have lost a customer who has spent hundreds of pounds with them for the sake of a £16 repair kit!

Used Rimmerbros a couple of times recently and found them to be very helpful and parts really seem good quality. Only problem i had was with the couriers UPS. Paid extra for next day delivery. UPS then kept moving the delivery date backwards and it was over a week until i received my urgent parts. I contacted Rimmerbros who were very apologetic and even refunded the P&P. On my next order i paid the minimum P&P and parts delivered next day with Royal Mail. Many thanks Rimmer Bros.
