Extremely disappointed!!
Charging a cancellation fee at no fault of our own due to my daughter having to go to A&E as she was suffering with extreme pain and found it very uncomfortable to walk.

How on earth am I supposed to give you 24hr notice when one doesn't know themselves when they will receive pain and be in need of a hospital and was at A&E during the early hours of the morning!!
Surely some leniency and empathy should ve put into consideration, its not as If I cancelled because I've doubled booked myself elsewhere and couldn't make your appointment. This was a health problem that required to be seen at the hospital last minute.

We as a family use your services many times and you as a business are greedy, your services are not cheap for a half hour appointment and you are always fully booked!!!

Your cancellation fee should have some leniency and not be a set rule!
