New sump needed after not fully checking my car during both a service and MOT

I thought they were a decent garage until my car started leaking oil. It's had a service and should have had its filter replaced as part of the service but they neglected to change it and as a result the filter was rusty, with a hole in it and the sump is also porous.
The car is just three years old and it's had both a service and an MOT here in the last year. Don't risk your car I'm now having to have a new sump fitted due to their negligence and of course I can't prove that they didn't change it.
