At Ridgestone Physical our specialty is Outdoor & Extreme Sports injury rehabilitation and prevention. Working closely with you, we aim to get the results you need to get back to your sport as quickly as possible; and to get you in the best condition to keep doing your sport for as long as possible. Whatever your sport or hobby, if it happens outside then we’re here to help you get the most enjoyment and/or competitive edge out of it.

We have been operating from the Climbing Academy in Glasgow for two years now. In that time we have experienced many pulley injuries, elbow and shoulder issues and neck issues; through to back, legs, knees and ankle injuries; all of which have been worked on successfully!

In saying that, however, don’t be put off if your idea of sport is running to put the telly on for your favourite soap; if synchronised swimming goes as far as the bath-tub; or if a cycle is something the washing-machine does; we can help you enjoy life to the fullest as well!

Went to Jay to help with some running related issues. Must admit I was nervous as I would usually always opt for a female but Jay was great and made me feel totally at ease. Managed to get to the bottom of some issues that have been ongoing for a while and feel a massive improvement. Jay also provided quite detailed explanations of what was going on which was great.
