Received helpful, knowledgeable service from Sue at Ridge Fuels, with no hard sell which made me want to do business with them. Placed an order and again their understanding and flexibility around delivery, once the location at my property for the logs and smokeless fuel was completed, was much appreciated.

Coal spits

Last few years the quality of coal has slipped it spits and farts and contains rubbish that is not even coal.

Poor value for money, lots of rubble no quality control

Very disappointed by the quality of coal supplied, purchased house coal doubles, excessive slack and rubble (bricks!) No quality control. May have been slightly cheaper than ‘others’ but not value for money. A tonne would normally last through winter not the case with this
